Our new Late Availability Advert allows you to advertise at the last minute to fill cancellations or filled unsold weeks. Maximum impact is provided by featuring the Late Availability service on the home page.

The advert can be placed at any time - by an existing owner or by a new advertiser. The advert will not be displayed until 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday date. The advert will be displayed up to the first day of holiday vacancy date. Adverts can be placed for one week or a fortnight only. So if you have 3 weeks of availability - two insertions are needed - one for a fortnight period and another for a week's duration.

The Late availability advert includes the following information: Date available, duration (1 or 2 weeks), location, contact details, region, property details and weekly rent.

After adding your information, you are taken to the payment screen - you can pay by cheque, PayPal or Credit card. PayPal or Credit card payment results in your advert being published very quickly. As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment, your advert is published. If you decide to pay by cheque, the advert will not be published until the cheque is received. All payment methods are fully described on the payment screen.
