Our Featured Advert provides a comprehensive description of your property giving you every opportunity to "sell" your holiday rental property to our visitors. Maximum impact is provided with 2 photos - every picture tells a story! So we suggest you include an external photo showing the property and grounds and internal photo to highlight any features. Featured adverts are read 3-4 times more frequently than classified adverts - so give your advert every chance to sell!

We will optimise your photos so that they load quickly - if possible size your images to a maximum of 250 x 250 pixels. If you use large photos - they take a long long time to upload to our server.

It is essential to provide contact information - ideally telephone and email address. The more text information you provide, the better the response you will get. Spend some time thinking about your property and the areas best features. What attracted you? You can update your advert any time - we charge Ł10 per set of changes.

After adding your information, you are taken to the payment screen - you can pay by cheque, PayPal or Credit card. PayPal or Credit card payment results in your advert being published very quickly. As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment, your advert is published. If you decide to pay by cheque, the advert will not be published until the cheque is received. All payment methods are fully described on the payment screen.

For the first month, your property will be listed at the top of our property list. After one month the property will be listed after all the new postings but before the classified adverts. This means you will get maximum exposure for your property. Don't be surprised to get enquiries immediately - we get a lot of visitors!
