A Classified Advert - like any other classified advert - is a short description of your property with additional information including contact information (email and telephone number), weekly rental, the property title which appears in the listing, and location in France of the property.

After adding your information, you are taken to the payment screen - you can pay by cheque, PayPal or Credit card. PayPal or Credit card payment results in your advert being published very quickly. As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment, your advert is published. If you decide to pay by cheque, the advert will not be published until the cheque is received. All payment methods are fully described on the payment screen.

For the first month, your property will be listed at the top of our property list. After one month the property will be listed after all the new postings and featured adverts. This means that your property will not appear on the first page of listings....so you advert will be viewed less frequently. If you want lots of bookings opt for the FEATURED PROPERTY SERVICE - this really works extremely well!
