PAJ Electronics was established in 1989 by Paul Jefferson, with the business originally carrying out repairs and installations for all manner of electronic equipment, including dedicated computer logic circuitry and audio-video apparatus.
After moving into the computer hardware and networking sector in the 1990s, supporting small businesses and home computer users, Paul realised that the future of his business lay in this area.
Although PAJ Electronics specialises in computer maintenance and repairs, upgrades and networking – and can even build you a computer to order – Paul and his staff have expanded the company to incorporate a new branch, BromsNet Systems, with the help of a grant from Bromsgrove District Council. BromsNet Systems makes state-of-the-art surveillance technology, which is available to anyone who wants to protect their home or business.
With a networked digital CCTV surveillance system, you can have a set of cameras installed at your premises, and keep an eye on the footage at any time of day or night via the Internet on your PC.
Up to three months’ worth of images can be recorded to the hard drive, and should an incident occur, the technology allows for a local alarm to sound the alert.
Remote access means the images can be viewed from anywhere in the world as long as there is an Internet connection, whether standard or Broadband.
A wireless solution is also available and has recently been installed at Bromsgrove’s own Broad Street DIY. In addition, PAJ Electronics have carried out contracts for several major companies.
