Dr.
David Atkins
10.3.1930
- 30.12.2008
Dr.
David Atkins served our community as a respected GP for 36 years and
was a member of St. Giles' Church for almost 20 years as Tower
Captain and Chorister.
A
founder member of Leeds University Society of Change Ringers and a
long term member of the Yorkshire Association, David was a ringer at
Batley for over 60 years followed by All Saints Pontefract and St
Giles' Church.
David
was also an accomplished Bass with Pontefract Choral Society for
many years.
We
all remember him with love and are grateful for his friendship, his
contribution to our Church and wider community and his wonderful dry
humour.
God
bless you David and may your bells ring in Heaven...

Currently,

We
always extend a warm welcome to new members, experienced or not, to
