When faced with a wheelchair access problem to a public building, ramping is often not feasible due to the length required to achieve the recommended gradient.

The Melody 1 lifting platform has been designed to overcome just this problem and is available in various models to suit lifting heights up to a maximum of 1 metre.

Versatile - suited to either outdoor or indoor applications, the design incorporates an integral ramp to eliminate the need for a pit, thus keeping building work to a minimum

Aesthetically Pleasing & Unobtrusive - the standard finishes is maintenance free stainless steel and aluminium but other materials or paint finishes are available to suit the surrounding decor. State of the art hydraulic system providing smooth, quiet operation

Free Standing - a major feature of the design is the lack of mast or support tower, minimising aesthetic intrusion into the environment

Easy to Use - convenient controls and shallow approach ramp

Reliable - battery back-up provides normal operation (up to 30 cycles) in case of power cut

Concerto Enclosed Lifting Platforms

The Concerto Lifting Platform offers an aesthetically pleasing solution to the problem of vertical wheelchair transportation in public buildings (or, where appropriate, domestic situations). Innovative design, utilising modular composite or glazed panels, has produced an attractive lift / enclosure package which can be tailored to client requirements. Special emphasis has been placed on the needs of both lift user and the building owner in facilitating compliance with the current legislation for the disabled user / building provider.

Wheelchair Stairlift

Cama 7

The Cama 7 lift is designed for wheelchair users and less mobile persons. The lift is convenient and easy to operate, folds up, parks and has numerous built-in safety features.

Functional and versatile
The Cama 7 lift is designed for straight staircases and can be fitted directly to a wall or supported on stanchion posts. The user can operate the lift independently as the barrier arms and ramps are powered.
When the lift is not in use, it can be folded and parked with a depth of only 290mm from the wall, thus allowing clear access to the staircase. The user can call the lift, even when folded. Re-siting the lift is quick and straight forward, the lift is simply adjusted for right or left hand fixing.

Reliable
The Cama 7 is reliable and is built in accordance with the latest European Standards and comes CE Marked. Safety features ensure that it is not possible to operate the lift until the barrier arms and ramps are folded and in place. The lift stops automatically at the upper and lower landings.
Constant pressure controls allow the user to stop the lift at any time. The lift stops automatically if it meets an obstruction on the staircase because the ramps are pressure sensitive and the platform is fitted with a pressure sensitive undertray
Cama 6

 

The Cama 6 is designed for wheelchair users and less mobile persons. The lift is convenient and easy to operate, folds up, parks and has numerous safety features.

Functional and Versatile
The Cama 6 lift travels on the inner curve of staircases and can thus turn 90°, 180° or special bends and also across landings. It can be fitted directly to a wall or supported on stantion posts. The user can operate the lift independently as the barrier arms and platform are powered. When the lift is not in use it can be folded and parked with a depth of only 350mm from the wall, thus allowing clear access to the staircase. The user can call the lift even when folded. The aluminium track can be used as a handrail as this is round and Ø50mm. The lift is battery driven so the risk of a power cut is removed and there are no unsightly cables. Some options available are Full remote control, Colours from the RAL range, Outdoor use, Fold down seat, Side access ramp.

The standard platform size is 800mm × 1000mm, this can be changed to suit your requirements. We can also offer the larger platform size of 800mm × 1250mm which complies with part M of the Building Regulations. The lift is built in accordance with the latest European Standards and come's CE Marked.
