The Isla Gladstone Conservatory, first erected in 1870 and named after Isla Gladstone, renowned artist & textiles designer, hosted the North West TTBS James Bond themed Dinner & Dance on Saturday 8th November.
The 150 attendees enjoyed a charity casino, a splendid dinner and dancing to the amazing Lorraine Crosby Band from the North East.
Guests included Malcolm Cowley, TTBS National President, who addressed the attendees after the dinner and Ivan Savage TTBS General Manager.
A charity auction, organised by the North West committee, with superb items provided by numerous local timber companies was a feature of the after-dinner entertainment and was excellently hosted by Jenny Stephens, the NW Region President.
The profit for the Timber Trades Benevolent Society is expected to total over £6,000.00 which once again reflects the exceptional efforts of the NW TTBS team and the popularity of their annual events.
