There are few ways to describe this wonderful hotel without visiting it. Although I can tell you it's calm, tranquil and wonderfully relaxing there is far more to is than that, the food alone is worth it.

We gave guests the chance to ask for a specific room at rates we decided (we subsidised the accomodation) as we had booked the entire hotel for 2 nights giving us exclusive use of the hotel and grounds.
