You may have already heard Beryl on one of her many appearances as the Kitchen Doctor.
Beryl was member number M00219288 of Equity until 2007.

 

Cookery Demonstrations

At the annual York Festival of Food and Drink in 2001, Beryl gave two cookery demonstrations,
and was asked to appear twice again at the York Festival of Food and Drink in 2002.
Beryl also gave talks to Women's Institutes, Townswomen's Guilds, the Salvation Army & the Red Cross.

Television Appearances

Beryl appeared on BBC Look East television during the 1998 Children in Need appeal, and
on the Yorkshire Television Boot's sponsored Wellbeing healthy lifestyle channel in 2001.
She subsequenly appeared on BBC Look East as a Mothering Sunday competition prize.

Beryl contributed to the BBC Radio 2 Jimmy Young Programme answering cookery problems.
Originally on Steve Scruton's afternoon Sound Advice programme on BBC Essex radio
but more recently on the BBC Radio Devon afternoon show Beryl presented
her own style of recipes and answered listener's cookery problems live on air.
