0830 Those travelling independently by car need to be on the Grote Markt (main Square) in Ypres/Ieper by 0830 if they wish to follow the coach to Erquinghem Lys
0930 The members of the Liverpool Scottish party arrive in Erquinghem- Lys.
1000 Liverpool Scottish march through Erquinghem Lys
1045 Memorial Service and laying of Wreath at Erquinghem Lys Churchyard. Rev Harry Ross to officiate, Lord Lieutenant to lay wreath. (Bugler and Piper to play Last Post/Flowers of the Forest)
1130 Opening of Jack Thorpe’s Museum, Erquinghem by the Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside, Colonel Alan Waterworth
1215-1330 Lunch. Hosted by the Mayor and citizens of Erquinghem-Lys (MUST have firm numbers in advance - we are guests of the Mayor - anyone not on list doesn’t get lunch! If in doubt, consult Major McConnell)
1345 Depart Erquinghem-Lys for Bois Grenier and site of Liverpool Scottish Cairn (1 km SE of Bois Grenier)
1400 - 1430 Arrive and organise at the Cairn site

1500-1600 Battlefield Walk for which a guide sheet and maps will be available: Introduction by Mr. John Dickinson.
1600 Return to Bois Grenier to the Gérard Charlet Sports Centre
1600-1730 ‘Vin d’honneur’ (refreshments) in the Sports Hall, courtesy of the Mayor and citizens of Bois Grenier.
1730 Depart Bois Grenier for Ypres (journey about 45 mins)
19h30 Liverpool Scottish party parade in the Grote Markt to march to the Menin Gate Last Post Ceremony, Ypres. Major McConnell to co-ordinate with Last post Association Director at the Menin Gate
1950 Liverpool Scottish party in position at the Menin Gate
20h00 Menin Gate Last Post Ceremony
