Last year we stayed with my wifes brother and his family in Graig Penllyn for five weeks but didn't realise there was a club in Bridgend otherwise we would have caught with you all, we did however catch up with the Pembrokeshire club at Picton where i purchased a club hat and t-shirt. | Message: | Hi there just found your web site through MGOC. I'am living in Loughor 5 miles from Llanelli & 5miles from Swansea. Just bought my 1971 Teal Blue MGB GT 3 weeks ago from Maidstone KENT, drove it all the way home with no probiems. I was born and bred in Bridgend lived the first 30 years of my life there, lived in Pendre till I got married, then moved to Loughor. I know the WEST HOUSE well been there many a time, lived in Merlin Cresent for a while, I'll have to try and call in some time, it would be nice if someone could E-Mail sometime. | Message: | Just a quick note to say what a pleasure it was to take part in your V + V run last month, organisation and route were both excellant, this was the first MG car club run that i have taken part in and it was a treat to see so many great cars and meet some reallly nice people. Please accept my thanks ( and my daughters, who did an excellant job navigating !!) for a tremendous day out. I am at uni supposed to be doing an essay and thought i'd take a break and have a browse on your website. Well, I am very impressed and I especially love the photos. Val, I'm still waiting for a visit from you so we can go out on the town, also dad is getting concerned about the fees, where are they?! Hope you are all still having lots of fun on your runs, I must say your stories do worry me, you seem to get up too more trouble than my friends and I at uni. With all your eating and drinking I'm sure it should be the other way round, remember you are the grown ups!!!!!!! Anyway I'm going back to my work now, bon voyage. p.s it would be very much appreciated if you could help me in my quest of getting my mum and dad to lend me their MG or even an early birthday present would be great then I could join you on your adventures, Im sure you wouldn't mind mum, dad it means we can spend more time together, you know you would love it!!!!
