Message:  Hi Bob

Based on 'c' and measured against equal temperament (the
common tuning of pianos), we get the 7th partial to be b
flat (-31 cent), the 11th g flat (-49 cent), the 13th to be
a flat (+ 41 cent) and the 14th just like the 7th to be b
flat (- 31 cent). A deviation of 31 cent is already so high
that we are stretching the boundaries of categorical
perception. Still, considering that a bass note 'c' on the
piano will induce resonance of the b flat 2 octaves above
might indicated that we can accept the b flat to be part of
a virtual pitch model. However, the 11th and 13th partials
are so ambivalent that categorical perception can no longer
apply. This is, the 11th partial might be perceived as g or
g flat and the 13th as a flat or a. This is the reason why
this virtual pitch model includes the 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th
and 15th partial only. However, I am not sure whether this
 answers your question.

Please, feel free to continue this thread or email me if you
 prefer to do so.

 Best wishes

Message:  Hi,

On the piano we have progressively higher inharmonic
partials. It is my impression that this makes the 7th,
11th, 13th and 14th partials more consonant and probably
allows them to support virtual pitch better than the true
harmonics would. It brings the partials closer to equal
tempered notes. Thus, piano composers like Ravel and
Stravinsky might show preference for these intervals as do
 many jazz pianists.

  Any observations on this topic?

Message:  Sir: Not that it matters much as such, but it would not do
any harm for you to use correct English for your ad homine

You still have not been able to give a single example of any
errors I have made and this after me asking you to furnish
us with at least one example of such an error.

Thanks for offering me your prayers. I hope you don't mind
 if I decline this offer.
