site. Joe made a storming guest appearance at the Limelight
a few months ago - I can't remember the booked act. Re-
Loaded is a terrific band. Appreciate lengthy sound bites.
Derek's memory failings may not recall work with brush and
paints 'round about 2002. I got him to price up a job at
Linslade and was pleased to let him have a copy of "Mali to
Memphis". On it was Eric Bibb's "......Drag Your Spirit
Down", one of his favourite musicians. I've still got my
copy. I hope he still has his. Hope to catch you guys at
Lowndes Park in Aug. and if you have a mailing list include

I saw your "Friends of the Blues" show at the Limelight
and I quite enjoyed it. I hope your back is getting

years!) I could see that you were labouring under pressure.
I liked it when Lefty Joe got up to play, I was hoping
that we were going to get him singing too meaning no
disrespect to Bob but they sing like John Lee Hooker and
Aleyd Jones and I know who I'd prefer to hear singing the
blues or walking in the air.

It is refreshing to know that the band has had this impact
on you. However, please understand that all the lads with
the exception of Derek have had genital cuffs fitted inside
their briefs. They may well be still capable of looking at
a shapely derriere but they would be sharply pulled up
before they could sully any canals with swashing around.
Your virtue is perfectly safe with the Re-Loaded guys but

windows), one's in Sheffield honing his skills, one's up a
ladder with
a brush & splattered overalls, one's wooing his wife
mercilessly, and
because I'm the only one with any hair left I'm washing
mine for all of
us.....
A big 'UP' for all of 'our church', the next sermon is on
Sat 18th Sept
at Pete's The Bell at Bierton.
The Band have asked me to wish a happy birthday to Mike at
the
Pheasant, Brill. Why don't you all go along anyway as Mike
was telling
me that there'll be other bands too so it's gonna be a

caught your act in July, thought you were fantastic. It
was a spur of the moment thing as me and my husband were
driving past a pub and saw the band advertised for that
night. What a great night we had. We were looking forward
to seeing and hearing you again the other night (Saturday
21st August at the Gate in the Lee). We arrived to find
the pub shut!! however the doors were soon unlocked an we
were let in. Huge dissapointment to be told you had
cancelled. The landlord did not seem too sure which of you
was in hospital with a bad throat, who ever it is we wish
you a very speedy recovery and hope to see you in the near
future

Following my lengthy and expensive call this eveining from
Jakarta, I've looked at your gig schedule for the days I'll
be there in the UK during the early part of the month
and........you'll be pleased to hear.......you've not got
any I could posssibly interfere with! Nevertheless will
definitely be getting to see you and my $25.00 1968 Strat
at some point over the latter part of my upcoming
European "tour".
See Ya! Hope the Churchill Arms goes well on Sunday - I'll
be in Bergerac hopefully quaffing an nice red bordeaux wine
in celebration of an old family friend's 70th birthday -
assuming of course I've made a reasonable recovery from the
jet lag - No bollocks to it! I'll be quaffing whatever!
